Are you tired of anger affecting the people you love?

  • Do small disagreements turn into big ones?
  • Do you get defensive or shut down during conflict?
  • Are your relationships starting to pay the price?
  • Have you promised yourself you'll handle it differently next time?

If this sounds like you, you're in the right place

You don't need another promise to change. You need to understand the pattern, and learn how to change it.

Meet Romeo Kabanda

MA, Registered Clinical Counsellor, founder of Anger Management School

Romeo has experience in counselling, group facilitation, emotional regulation and skills-based education.

He built the school on a simple belief: people are capable of change. Anger is a normal emotion, but when it leads to yelling, shutting down or damaged relationships, something needs to change.

His approach blends education, practical skills, guided reflection and real-world practice, so you learn to spot triggers early, communicate without attacking or shutting down, and take accountability without shame.

Common questions

Are sessions online?

Yes. Individual counselling and both group programs run online, so you can take part from anywhere in British Columbia.

Who will I be working with?

Anger Management School was founded by Romeo Kabanda, MA, a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Group programs are led by Registered Clinical Counsellors and experienced group facilitators.

Should I choose individual counselling or a group?

It depends on what you're dealing with and what you're comfortable with. In the free 15-minute consult you can talk it through and decide together.

Is this just a course I sit through?

No. The focus is on lasting change rather than finishing a course or collecting a certificate. You practise new skills in real situations and get follow-up support.

What happens in the free consult?

It's a 15-minute conversation. Ask questions, get answers, and decide if it's right for you.
